For Your Information:
Attendance: Strong attendance is appreciated. If I have learned nothing else in thirty-one years in this field, it is that a lack of attendance is the strongest factor in students doing poorly.
Problems: If you have a problem with me, see me. I respect people who handle their own problems. You will find that if I have a problem with you, I will see you. At your age, learn to deal with people directly.
If you have a problem with the workload, see me. I cannot help if I do not know what is going on.
Be Positive: Do your best in this class. Most students enjoy it and find it helpful in college and in later life.
Expectations: I researched the contents of this class and have continuously worked to improve it to not only make it relevant, but to make it useful. With that in mind, I take this course very seriously. I hope you will enjoy the class but also have the desire to excel. I expect all of my students to put forth their best effort to gain understanding. If you need help, please see me before or after school. You can also contact me via email. If your parents or guardians have concerns, please have them call the school or contact me via email.
